非邻苯类环保增塑剂增塑二醋酸纤维素的研究

Study of Cellulose Acetate Plasticized with Phthalate Free Plasticizers

摘要: 分别研究和对比了利用环保增塑剂聚乙二醇(PEG)、三醋酸甘油酯与乙酰柠檬酸烷基酯混合物(GA)与传统增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)增塑二醋酸纤维素材料的性能。结果表明,当PEG、GA和DEP的含量分别为30份时,PEG30样品的力学强度低、吸水率高,且在相同温度下其流动性差, GA30样品的拉伸强度、膜撕裂强度、耐水性、增塑剂迁移率等与DP30样品基本相当,断裂伸长率较DP30样品增加了58.7 %。

Abstract: A comparative investigation was performed on the cellulose acetate (CA) plasticized with three eco-friendly plasticizers including polyethyleneglycol (PEG), the mixture of glyceryl triacetate and acetyl citric acid alkyl ester (GA) and the one with traditional diethyl phthalate (DEP). The results indicated that, when the loading of plasticizer was fixed at 30 phr, the CA compound with PEG exhibited lower strength, higher water absorption and lower melt flow rate than those with the other two. On the other hand, compounds with GA and DEP presented the same tensile strength, water absorption, tear strength and migration rate of the plasticizer, whereas its elongation at break increased by 58.7 % in comparison with DEP.
