Synthesis and Application of Polyamidoamine Dendrimer

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the synthesis methods of polyamidoamine(PAMAM)dendrimer, including divergent, convergent, and divergent-convergent methods. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed. The application of PAMAM in drug carrier, surfactant, catalyst, biosensor, and photochemical device was reviewed.
