Abstract: The influence of drawing on the morphological and rheological property of polymer fluid system near the die exit during extrusion was studied. Numerical simulation of micro-tube extrusion was carried out using software POLYFLOW for analyzing the pressure field, velocity field,the extrusion swelling,and the change of boundary position.
