Thermal-physical Performances of Polytriazole Resin Modified by Nano- SiO2

Abstract: The effect of the type,content, and dispersion of heat insulation fillers and coupling agent on thermal-physical performance of polytriazole resin was studied by an orthogonal experiment and discussed by range and variance analysis.A uniform dispersion could be realized by high shear emulsification and ultrasonic treatment.The loading of nano-SiO2, hollow microsphere, coupling agent, and dispersion time constituted affecting factors on the thermal conductivity of polytriazole resin,with the dispersion time being a main factor. Furthermore, the thermal conductivity of polytriazole resin reached the maximum when the content of nano-SiO2, hollow microsphere, coupling agent were 3%, 8%, 1%, respectively,and dispersion time was 45min.
