Abstract: By analyzing the structural process of automobile grilles, the sequence control technology of multiple gate needle valve hot nozzles was used to improve the product’s appearance quality. The mechanism of angle lift, cylinder actuated external slider， and cylinder actuated internal slider were combined to fulfill core pulling of complex car molds. Centering plates, prismatic, and guides were fitted to shorten the dimensions of molds and to ensure accurate positioning in large molds.
