Abstract: The inject part of fuel tank sealing covers made from ether ester type thermoplastic elastomer (TEEE) had a torque structure and was difficult to be demolded. In order to achieve easy demolding, a reasonable spell structure was designed and multiple movement was adopted in the mold. Due to the large difference in wall thickness, more cooling waterway was designed in the template and core, which ensured the accuracy and production efficiency of the product.
