Abstract: A large injection mold for car lefttuer hintens was designed with a side core pulling mechanism, a sequential valve hot runner gating system, a “straightpipe+water+pitched well” cooling system, and a “push tube+block+pusher” system. The critical parts, gating system, side corepulling mechanism, temperature control system, oriented positioning system, ejection system, and exhaust system were analyzed Practice has proved that the mold structure was advanced and reasonable.
