Abstract: This article focuses on the management requirements, compliance test and product information transfer of plastic food contact materials and products and presents a comparative analysis of the composition of authority regulations, raw material management, product management, recycled plastic management, food classification and food simulators, migration test conditions, area of food contact and volume ratio of food simulators, conformity statement, label identification of plastic food contact materials and products among China, Europe and the United States at the current stage. We also proposed four suggestions for the construction of our domestic regulations. The aim of this article is to provide references for the formulation and revision of plastic food contact material and product regulations in our country.
