Abstract: The research progress in nanocomposites of poly(lactic acid) and inorganic nanofillers was reviewed in this paper, with technologies of insitu polymerization and insitu precipitation being emphasized.These insitu methods overcame the problem of aggregation of the nanoparticles.The inorganic nanofiller was finely dispersed in and strongly interacted with the polymer matrix so that improved the thermostability,glass transition,mechanical properties,optical performance of the composites.And it avoided thermal degradation by a fused.The application of the poly(lactic acid) based the composites was enlarged.
