Abstract: Abstract: According to requirements of temperature control in the all-electric precision injection molding and，the geometry and thermodynamics of barrel，combining fuzzy-PID and prediction, an innovative temperature-controlling algorithm was proposed. The system-controlling hardware and software were designed based on STM32 insert chip. The comparative experiments showed that the new algorithm worked better. With the new control method, the accuracy of the temperature could he improved to 1. 5 0C.
