Study on Thermal Degradation Kinetics of CR-g-BMA under Air Atmosphere

摘要: 用热重分析法研究了氯丁橡胶/甲基丙烯酸丁醋接枝共聚物(CR-g-BMA)在空气气氛条件下的热降解过程。结果表明,CR-g-BMA热降解分两步完成,其特征起始降解温度为571.66K;特征终止降解温度为754.35 K。通过Achar方程和Coats-Redfern方程对30种常见机理函数进行计算比较,得到CR-g-BMA第一步热降解反应和第二步热降解反应的微分和积分机理函数,并进一步计算出第一步和第二步热降解反应的活化能分别为176.03 kJ/mol和171. 09 kJ/mol。最后,提出相应的热降解动力学模型,确定CR-g-BMA热降解动力学参数。

Abstract: The thermal degradation of chloroprene rubber/butyl methacrylate grafting copolymer ( CR-g-BMA) in air atmosphere was studied using thermo gravimetric analysis. It was found that the degradation of CR-g-BMA occurred in two steps. The characteristic initial and termination degradation tempera-tures were 571 .66 K and 754. 35 K, respectively. thirty common mechanism functions were compared with Achar' s and Coats-Redfern’s methods, the differential and integral mechanism functions for the two steps were formulated. the average activation energies of the first and second steps were 176.06 and 171 .09kJ/mol, respectively. The model of thermal degradation kinetics was proposed and the parameters of CR-g-BMA were determined.
