摘要: 根据汽车仪表板的结构及性能要求,利用CAE软件Moldflow/MPI模拟了汽车仪表板气体辅助注射成型的充填过程,预测其成型质量,结合实际生产条件优化出合理的气辅注射成型工艺参数。经实验研究,在优化的工艺条件下气体能较理想地穿透熔体,所生产的汽车仪表板质量能满足用户的需求。

Abstract: Based on the relationship between the structure and performance of car dashboards, the filling process in the gas-assisted injection molding of car dashboards was simulated using CAE software Mold-f low/MP I,and the part quality was predicted.According to real production conditions, the processing
parameters of gas-assisted injection molding for car dashboards were optimized.The experimental results showed that the gas penetrated through the melt polymer commendably under the conditions of optimum processing parameters, and the quality of car dashboards could satisfy the client’s requirements .
