纳米材料改性酚醛树脂研究进展

摘要: 综述了采用纳米材料改性酚醛树脂的研究现状。主要介绍了蒙脱土和纳米碳材料的添加对酚醛树脂纳米复合材料的性能的影响,并综合近年的研究工作,指出如何有效地将蒙脱土片层分散于酚醛树脂的三维交联体系中仍是有待解决的问题;同时简单介绍了二氧化硅、二氧化钛,纳米银/铜等无机纳米粒子对酚醛树脂的改性作用,无机纳米粒子的加入能够使酚醛树脂呈现出诸如耐烧蚀、耐摩擦等新功能特性。

Abstract: In this paper, the current published work on nano-particle modified phenolic resin was summarized, focused on montmorillonite and nano-carbon materials based systems. The dispersion of montmorillonite in the phenolic matrix was considered a main issue. Other inorganic nano-particles such SiO2, TiO2 may impart the phenolic resin additive functions like ablative and tribological properties.
