振动注射对全同聚丙烯结晶形态的影响

摘要: 近年来,聚合物熔体振动技术作为一种有效的形态控制技术得到了比较广泛的研究。在IPP注射成型中引入振动场,通过WAXD测试发现振动带来的剪切能诱导β晶的生成,但存在一个最佳值,当超过这个值后,高的振动压力会破坏亚稳态的β晶,同时高压振动注射有利于形成γ晶。对试样进行SEM和PLM观测,显示球晶在流动方向上发生了取向变形,尺寸有所减小

Abstract: Lately, vibration technology of polymer melt has been widely studied as an effective way to morphology controlling. In the injection molding samples of IPP prepared with vibration field, WAXD shows that shear force can induce the formation of βcrystal but there exists a optimal shear value, shear force will destroy the unstable βform crystal when it exceeds this value. It also shows high pressure vibration injection is propitious to the formation of γcrystal. SEM and PLM test show that vibration field brings about orientation of sphere crystal in the melt flow direction and reduction of the sphere size.
