摘要: 在反应挤出玻璃纤维增强尼龙6的小试研究基础上,本文进行了反应挤出制备尼龙6/玻璃纤维复合材料中试研究,中试结果表明,双螺杆反应挤出机各段温度在240℃左右,螺杆转速在100rpm,当玻璃纤维含量在30%时,反应挤出/玻璃纤维增强尼龙6材料的综合力学性能较好,中试操作难度总体小于小试。

Abstract: On the basic of reactive extrusion Nylon-6 / glass fiber reinforced composites by laboratory research method, the composites prepared by pilot test was studied in this paper , the results indicate that the comprehensive mechanical properties of reactive extrusion Nylon-6 / glass fiber reinforced composites is better when the temperature of each section of twin screw reactive extruder were 240℃, the screw revolution speed was 100rpm and the glass fiber content was 0.5%.For operation process, the degree of operation difficulty using in pilot test is lower on the whole level.
