摘要: 针对某汽车保险杠出现的缩痕问题,在实验设计及数值模拟的基础上,通过方差分析技术确定了该保险杠缩痕指数的显著性会影响成型工艺参数;采用响应曲面法建模理论,建立了可以适当描述该保险杠缩痕指数与主要成型工艺参数之间的评价数学模型;并运用改进遗传算法优化了该模型,得出了一组基于缩痕最小的工艺参数,并经模拟实验验证了该优化组合的工艺可行性。

Abstract: Aimed at minimizing the sink marks on the automobile bumpers, the main involved processing parameters were determined using analysis of variance method based on an orthogonal experiment and CAE analysis. A predictive response surface model was formulated for the relationship between the index of sink marks and the important processing parameters using RSM. Based on the response surface model, the processing parameters were optimized for the minimization of sink marks through genetic algorithm. The results of simulation experiment confirmed the feasibility of the technology.
