摘要: 针对大型注塑件多点进料产生的熔接痕问题,本文综合应用热流道技术与自动控制技术,分析热流道阀式浇注机理与充填模式,研究了阀式浇注系统的关键技术和设计控制方法。通过模拟仿真某汽车前保险杆注塑件的阀式浇注过程,探讨了如何利用Moldflow软件进行阀式浇注系统设计的一般过程和步骤,取得了较理想的效果。

Abstract: The problem of weld line on large injection molded products caused by multiple gates was explored using hot runner and automatic control technologies. The injection mechanism in hot runner/valve-gate and the silting pattern were analyzed, aiming to improve the operation and design of valve-gate system. Through a simulation of the valve-gate process of a car front bumper, a general design process of the valve-gate system using Moldflow was obtained.
