摘要:

通过对塑料燃油箱的加油口组件、燃油泵法兰组件以及排油口组件在注射成型中出现的熔接痕裂纹、嵌件变形以及跑胶等失效模式的分析及验证,最终获得外观良好、性能优良的焊接附件产品,为保证塑料燃油箱的品质奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:

A good appearance and high quality were achieved for the welding accessory products through the analysis and verification of failure modes such as welding cracks, insert deformation and running glue during the injection molding process of the fuel filler assembly, the fuel pump flange assembly, and the drain assembly of plastic fuel tank. This lays the solid foundation for ensuring the high quality of plastic fuel tanks.
