中国塑料管道新产品和新型塑料管道系统

New Pipes and Piping Systems in China Plastics Pipes Industry

摘要: 综述了近年来中国塑料管道行业涌现的改性聚氯乙烯(PVC-M)管、双轴取向聚氯乙烯(PVC-O)管、耐热聚乙烯(PE-RT)管、β-PP-R管、超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)管等塑料管道新产品的研发和应用进展,介绍了塑料和金属复合管道及塑料和塑料复合管道的技术特点和应用领域。此外,对于一些新出现的塑料管道系统也做了详细的阐述,重点说明了它们和建筑应用技术结合的优势。最后,结合国家的产业政策,对中国塑料管道行业前景进行分析和展望。

Abstract: Tthe new products included modified polyvinyl chloride(PVC-M) pipe, biaxial orientation polyvinyl chloride(PVC-O) pipe, polypropylene of raised temperature resistance(PE-RT) pipe, β-PP-R pipe, and Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(PE-UHMW) pipe of plastic pipe industry in China were summarized. The features and application fields of composite metal/plastic pipe and composite plastics/plastic pipe were introduced,. In addition, some new piping system were described in detail, especially for the advantages when they were applicated in the new building technology. In the final, the analysis and prospect of plastic pipes industry in China were made in combination with national industrial policies as well.
