摘要/Abstract

摘要： 主要介绍了塑料检查井的应用背景、现状及存在的问题，针对该问题设计开发出一种高性能的塑料检查井专用料。与普通料相比，专用料的熔体流动速率由4~6 g/10 min提高到6~10 g/10 min，缺口冲击强度由6 kJ/m2提高到8~24 kJ/m2，弯曲模量由2.0 GPa提高到4.5~6.0 GPa。该专用料具有应用范围广、加工性好、使用方便的特点，能有效地解决目前塑料检查井在强度、韧性和成本上的问题。

Abstract: The application background and current situation of the plastics inspecting chambers were introduced. A novel for inspection chambers was developed. Compared with conventional materials, the melt flow rate, notched impact strength and bonding modulus the special material increased from 4~6 g/10 min to 6~10 g/10 min, 6 to 8~24 kJ/m2, 2.0 to 4.5~6.0 GPa, respectively. Using this material，the strength and toughness of the inspecting chamber increased，while its cost decreased.
