Development of PET/PE Alloy Tubes Made of Recycling Polyester Bottles

摘要: 应用自制的接枝共聚相容剂(马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯或马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物)将回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与回收聚乙烯(PE)共混改性,再挤出成型,研制出PET/PE合金管材。结果表明,该PET/PE合金管材不仅具有完美的外观和较低的价格,更具有良好的性能,拉伸强度为33.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为151 %,冲击强度为40.3 kJ/m2,维卡软化温度为81.2 ℃,环刚度为5.1 kN/m2; 该PET/PE合金管材的加工不需要对PET瓶片进行烘干处理。

Abstract: A selfmade compatibilizer was used in blends of recycling PET and PE, and the PET/PE alloy tubes was developed. The tube not only has a perfect appearance and low price, but also good properties, including the tensile strength of 33.2 MPa, elongation at break of 151 %, impact strength of 40.3 kJ/m2, Vicat softening temperature(A50) of 81.2 ℃, and ring stiffness of 5.1 kN/m2. In addition, PET/PE alloy pipes could be processed without predrying.
