摘要: 从传动系统、成型系统、辅助设备及控制系统出发,分别介绍了近年来塑料机械出现的节能新技术及其应用效果,特别从节能效果上进行说明,包括电机驱动系统、液压驱动系统、直接驱动系统和全电动驱动系统等传动系统;电磁动态塑化和塑料拉伸流变塑化技术、熔体泵技术、双阶或复合系统加工技术、新型螺杆设计、无螺杆和多螺杆挤出机术、开槽机筒挤出机术等成型技术;干燥技术、加热冷却系统等辅助技术等。

Abstract: New energy-saving technologies for plastics machinery and their application effects were introduced, especially in the respect of energy-saving effect, including power transmission, extrusion and injection molding systems, auxiliary equipments and control systems, etc.。
