水泥复膜塑编袋老化性能研究

摘要: 通过对紫外线照射前后水泥复膜塑编袋的断裂强度和断裂伸长率进行对比,研究了水泥复膜塑编袋的老化性能。结果表明,未添加抗紫外剂的夏季用水泥复膜塑编袋在阳光直接照射21 d后,断裂强度保持率为14 %,冬季用水泥复膜塑编袋在阳光照射30 d后,断裂强度保持率为48 %。添加抗紫外剂后,冬季用水泥复膜塑编袋在紫外照射12 h后(相当于室外32 d),断裂强度保持率仍为65 %。说明添加抗紫外剂后复膜塑编袋的使用寿命延长,可以满足冬季水泥包装的要求。

Abstract: The aging properties of plastics-coated woven bags for cement were studied by analyzing the breaking strength and elongation at break before and after ultraviolet irradiation. For the bags without anti-aging agent, the breaking strength retention rate of the bags of summer grade was 14 % after sunlight for 21 d, and that of winter grade was 48 % after sunlight for 30 d. For those containing anti-aging agent, the breaking strength retention rate of winter grade was 65 % after ultraviolet irradiation for 12 h (equivalent to sunlight for 32 d).
