摘要: 介绍了塑料导爆管(简称导爆管)的种类、起爆原理、生产工艺以及国内外的开发应用概况,比较了国内普通塑料导爆管常用原料低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)各牌号间的性能差异,并考察了1I2A 和18D0 2种牌号原料制造导爆管的热稳定性和结晶性能。研究表明,2种牌号原料的熔体流动速率、密度等基本性能接近,其中1I2A制备的导爆管对炸药的黏附性略好。

Abstract: The classification, ignition principles, of nonel tube as well as its foreign and domestic production and application were introduced. Two domestic PE-LD-based nonel tubes, trademark 1I2A and 18D0, were compared. Although the general properties (MFR and Density) of the two nonel tubes were similar, the gunpowder adhesion of 1I2A was better. This was attributed to the difference in the thermal stability and crystallization behavior of the materials.
