聚乙烯基导电复合材料的研究进展

摘要: 综述了近年来聚乙烯基导电复合材料研究进展,包括聚乙烯/炭黑、聚乙烯/石墨、聚乙烯/碳纳米管导电复合材料等,分析了聚乙烯基导电复合材料的导电机理,指出导电填料的种类及性质、基体材料、加工工艺均会对导电复合材料的性能产生影响。最后,研究了聚乙烯基复合材料的阻温效应,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Research progress in polyethylene-based electrical conductive composites was reviewed, including polyethylene/carbon black, polyethylene/graphite, and polyethylene/carbon nanotube composites. The electrical conductive mechanism of the composites was analyzed. It was pointed out that the kinds and properties of conductive filler, matrix, and processing technology would affect the properties of the composites. Thermo-resistive effect of the composites was summarized. Finally, the application prospect was discussed.
