About the Scaling Concepts and Scaling Theory in Polymer Physics

摘要: 本文从大分子链的自相似性和分形引入标度概念和链构象的标度性质。通过具体例子介绍用标度理论研究高分子体系的本征性质和运动规律时的基本概念、思路和方法。指出标度理论不仅扩大、深化了高分子科学研究领域,更重要的是一种方法论的突破。突破了古典高分子物理的统计理论和平均场方法,采用一种简明的公式深刻描述包括高分子在内的一大类软凝聚态物质所表现的普适的统计规律和物理性质,是对现代科学的重大贡献。

Abstract: The scaling concepts and the scaling laws were introduced from the self similarity and the fractal of macromolecular chains in this work. With several examples the basic concepts, thinking and methods of scaling theory were presented for description of the intrinsic quality and complex behaviors of polymer materials. And it is indicated, that with scaling theory the research fields of polymer science were widened and deepened;the more important is the scaling theory is also a new expanding in methodology for polymer science to substitute the mean field approximation. The universal statistic laws and behaviors of polymers and of other soft matters were clear described with more compendious concepts and expressions in new theory. This was a very important contribution for the development of modern sciences.
