全电动注塑机料筒温度控制关键技术研究与实现

The research of barrel temperature control of All-electric injection molding machine

摘要: 根据全电动注塑机精密注塑工艺对塑料温度控制的高精度要求,通过基于模糊自整定PID与预估控制相结合的方法,针对注塑机机筒本体的结构和热力学特点,设计出温度系统的控制算法,并基于STM32嵌人式芯片完成控制系统硬件和软件设计工作。实验结果显示新的控制方法在所研究的项目中可以将温度控制的精度提高到士1.5℃,表明所提出的方法在温度精度控制上优于现有设备。

Abstract: Abstract: According to requirements of temperature control in the all-electric precision injection molding and,the geometry and thermodynamics of barrel,combining fuzzy-PID and prediction, an innovative temperature-controlling algorithm was proposed. The system-controlling hardware and software were designed based on STM32 insert chip. The comparative experiments showed that the new algorithm worked better. With the new control method, the accuracy of the temperature could he improved to 1. 5 0C.
