全电动注塑机中的高精度温度控制要素研究

摘要: 从软件和硬件分析影响全电动注塑机温度控制的要素,并且针对具体的加热设备,如操作系统的加热参数优化,热电偶的更换等提出建设性的改善方案,减少料管升温到稳态后的与设定温度的偏差值。结果表明,比例积分微分(PID)参数的自整定能够提高控制的效率,减少超调和稳态时间;通过对注塑机温度的测量,温度的偏差能够达到±0.2 ℃。

Abstract: In this article, the temperature control system in injection molding machines was introduced. The key elements were illustrated in two main aspects: hardware and software, which affected the accuracy of temperature in the barrel, including PID optimizations of the operating system, measurements of thermocouples and heating coils. Detailed steps for improvements were given to diminish the temperature variation after heating up. Moreover, the presetting of PID parameters optimizes the efficiency of controlling process and reduces overshoot and settling time. Through the measurements of temperature after heating up at stable, the variation of the temperature achieves plus or minus 0.2 degree.
