Mechanical Properties and Behavior of Melt Crystallization of PTFE/Nano-AlN Composites

摘要: 采用冷压烧结成型的方法制备了聚四氟乙烯/纳米氮化铝(PTFE/nanoAlN)复合材料,考察了nanoAlN含量对PTFE/nanoAlN复合材料力学性能及熔融结晶行为的影响。结果表明,随着nanoAlN含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能与结晶度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;nanoAlN对PTFE有异相成核作用,提高了PTFE的结晶速率,但nanoAlN含量对PTFE/nanoAlN复合材料的结晶温度没有规律性影响。

Abstract: PTFE/nanoAlN composites were prepared by cold moulding and sintering in air. Effects of nanoAlN content on the mechanical properties and crystallization of the composites were studied. It showed that mechanical properties and the degree of crystallization of composites first increased and then decreased with increasing weight percentage of nanoAlN. The nanoAlN exhibited a remarkable heterogeneous nucleation activity and the crystallization rate was enhanced. However, the effect of nanoAlN content on the crystallization temperature was not obvious.
