酰胺类β成核剂对PPR非等温结晶动力学影响

Nonisothermal Crystallization Kinetics of PPR with Amide βnucleating Agents

摘要: 研究了酰胺类β晶型成核剂对无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)非等温结晶动力学的影响。结果表明,β成核剂提高了PPR的结晶峰温。在相同的冷却速率下,β成核剂改性PPR体系的Zc比纯PPR小,半结晶时间t1/2比纯PPR长;达到相同结晶度时,β成核剂改性PPR体系所需的冷却速率大于纯PPR,这说明β成核剂的加入降低了PPR的结晶速率。莫法可以很好地表征PPR及β成核剂改性PPR体系的非等温结晶行为。

Abstract: The nonisothermal crystallization behavior of ethylenepropylene random copolymer(PPR) with and without β nucleating agents was studied. The addition of β nucleating agents increased the peak crystallization temperature of PPR. At the same cooling rate,the t1/2 and Zc of β nucleating agent modified PPR was more and less than of those of weat PPR. Meanwhile the required cooling rate of pristine PPR was smaller than that of PPR containing β nucleating agents to get the same crystallinity,which shows that the addition of β nucleating agents can decrease the crystallization rate of PPR. Mo method can describe nonisothermal crystallization behavior of PPR and β nucleating agent modified PPR very well.
