基于UV光照模塑成型微细结构制品的研究

Research of Molding Formability of Product with Microstructure Based on Ultraviolet Radiation

摘要: 采用模内“光化学制造”方法,对截面形状为三角形凸棱的微型制品微细结构的可成型性和复制度进行了实验研究。凸棱成型的完整性作为带有微细结构制品可成型性的衡量目标;凸棱的高度作为微细结构复制度的表征方式。 实验结果表明:紫外线辐射能量的大小对微细结构的成型性及复制度有显著的影响;模具及UV体系温度对微细结构的成型无影响,对微结构的复制度具有显著影响。

Abstract: The microstructure of a trilateral product was studied by experiment for its formability and replication fidelity through a "light chemical manufacturing" approach. The integrity of the edge was set as a measure of the formability, and the height of the edge was set as a measure the replication fidelity. It was found that the ultraviolet radiation had a significant impact on the formability and replication fidelity of the microstructure of the product. Mould and temperature had no effect on formability of the fine structure, however, had a significant influence on replication fidelity of the microstructure.
