紫外光固化注射成型制品微结构复制度的研究

Research on the Monomer for Replication Fidelity of Micro Parts in UV-Curing Injection Molding

摘要: 采用注射成型方式进行了紫外光(UV)材料微结构制品的注射成型,对UV材料内单体的种类及含量对制品的微结构复制度进行了研究,并分别从微结构的高度和横截面形态两方面对制品微结构复制度进行了表征。结果表明,随着UV单体内活性基团数目的增加微结构的复制度明显降低;随着UV材料内单体含量的增加成型制品的微结构复制度有所降低,但其降低程度没有UV单体种类对制品微结构复制度的影响明显。

Abstract: The UV material was molded by injection molding in this paper, and the effect of the kinds and content of monomer for the replication fidelity of micro parts was discussed. Meanwhile, the height of the micro parts and the cross section shape of the micro parts were served as two criterions to evaluate the effect degree. Experimental result showed that with the active groups increaseing in every kind of the monomer, the replication fidelity presents the downtrend, and with the UV monomer content increaseing in the UV material, the replication fidelity exhitited the downtrend also, but the trend was not obvious as the first experiment.
