模外装饰设备主体机构系统设计

A System Design of the Main Body of the Outside Model Decoration Equipment

摘要: 基于膜外装饰工艺的基本原理,提出了模外装饰设备主体机构系统的设计方案。首先,利用压力容器计算软件对要求设计的模具腔体进行壁厚分析与计算,依据材料要求最终确定合适的壁厚,再拟定各部分尺寸,建立三维模型;然后,设计导向缓冲装置给系统减速和减震;最后,根据系统要求,设计密封系统、液压系统以及气压系统,主要包括密封圈的选择、所采用密封类型、气缸选型、气压系统的设计,液压缸、液压泵选型以及液压系统的设计等。结果表明,所设计的机构各部件配合良好,并具有一定精度和良好的稳定性。

Abstract: Based on the principle of OMD technology, an outside model decoration equipment system design scheme was propsed. At first, a pressure vessel calculation software was used to design the mould cavity, its thickness was analysed and calculated. According to the material requirements, an appropriate wall thickness was ultimately determined. According to the size of each part, a three-dimensional model was established. Then the guide buffer device was designed to slow down the velocity and shock of the system. At last, according to the system requirements, a sealing system, a hydraulic system and a pneumatic system were designed, including the choose of the sealing ring and the seal type, the selection of the cylinder, the design of the air pressure system, the selection of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic pump and the design of the hydraulic system.The components designed here fitted well,and it had a certain precision and good stability.
