聚乙烯燃气管道失效模式研究进展

摘要: 综述了聚乙烯(PE)燃气管道的失效形式及评估方法研究进展,详细讨论了PE燃气管道的失效机理和失效评估方法的发展方向。讨论了PE管道的韧性失效、脆性失效、焊接接头失效和表面失效的方法和种类。结果表明,PE燃气管道失效评估多为力学研究,无损检测技术还不够完善。最后对PE燃气管道无损检测的应用前景提出了展望。

Abstract: Assessment methods of failure of polyethylene (PE) gas pipelines have been introduced, and the failure analysis and mechanism study on PE gas pipelines were discussed. It was observed that the failure of polyethylene gas pipeline was usually assessed by mechanical testing, nondestructive testing was seldom employed. Future research direction and contents in nondestructive testing for PE gas pipelines were also anticipated.
