低融抗冲共聚聚丙烯的结构与性能分析

Relationship Between Structure and Performance of Copolymerized Polypropylene with Low Melt Flow Rate

摘要: 对3种低融抗冲共聚聚丙烯产品K8303、K8003和EPS-30R进行了对比,采用力学性能测试及核磁碳谱分析等手段,分析了3种产品的结构与性能的关系,同时使用偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了3种样品的结晶及相形态。结果表明,产品的球晶尺寸、橡胶相分布及橡胶相含量对产品的刚韧平衡性有重要影响,K8303和K8003的橡胶相含量高且分布均匀,球晶尺寸较小,这2种产品的的冲击强度明显优于EPS-30R。

Abstract: A comparative investigation was conducted on three types of copolymerized polypropylene (K8303, K8003 and EPS-30R) with a low melt flow rate. The relationship of structure and performance was evaluated by means of mechanical measurement and NMR characterizations, and the crystal morphology and phase structure were observed by polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The results indicated that the spherulite size and the content of rubber phase influenced the balance between the stiffness and impact toughness significantly. The spherulite sizes of K8303 and K8003 are smaller than those of EPS-30R due to their higher content of rubber phase, and thus they exhibited much higher impact toughness.
