摘要: 用三元混合酸(对甲苯磺酸∶硫酸∶盐酸质量比为2∶3∶3)作为酚醛发泡保温材料的固化剂,系统研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)、表面活性剂、固化剂、发泡剂含量对泡沫体结构和性能的影响。结果表明,当PEG含量为10 %(质量分数,下同)、发泡温度为60℃、发泡剂含量为15 %、固化剂含量为8 %、吐温含量为5 %时,酚醛保温材料具有最佳的综合性能。

Abstract: A phenolic foam was prepared by using a mixture of p-toluenesulfonic acid, sulfuric acid and muriatic acid as a curing agent, and the effects of polyethylene glycol, foam stabilizer, curing agent and the content of foaming agent on the structure and properties of the foam were investigated. The results indicated that the structure and properties of the foam could be optimized when the foaming temperature was set to 60 ℃ and the contents of PEG, foaming agent, curing agent and surfactant were set as 10 %, 15 %, 8 % and 5 wt %, respectively.
