摘要: 研究了测试过程中的最大加载力、加卸载时间和保载时间对高分子材料压痕硬度测试结果的影响。结果表明,测试过程中的最大加载力和加卸载时间对均质高分子树脂纳米压痕硬度的测试结果影响较小,保载时间显著影响测试结果,保载时间越长,纳米压痕硬度测试结果越小。

Abstract: The effects of maximum load, load time and hold time on the determination of nano-indentation hardness for polymer resins were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the maximum load and load time had few influences on the test result of nano-indentation hardness, but the hold time exhibited a significant effect. The test results decreased gradually with an increase of hold time.
