摘要: 设计了一副金属粉末精密注塑模具。喂料采用不锈钢金属粉末+丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂,配比为6.5/3.5,选用侧向抽芯机构中增加推杆、内外结合的定距分型机构以及直径为10 mm直通式冷却水管。结果表明,解决了金属粉末精密注射成型中注塑模具喂料填充困难、脱模困难和冷却困难等关键技术问题。

Abstract: This paper reported a design of precision injection moulds for metal injection molds (MIM) for bases of orthodontic appliances. A mixture of stainless steel powders and ABS resin at a weight ratio of 6.5/3.5 was used as the fed material. In this mould, a push rod, a fixed distance parting mechanism with an internal and external combined structure, and a cooling water pipe with a diameter of 10 mm were adopted in the side core-pulling mechanism. The experimental results indicated that such a design provided a good solution for the problems of difficulties in feeding, demoulding and cooling during MIM process.
