退火处理对成核聚丙烯性能的影响

Effect of Annealing on Properties of Polypropylene Nucleated with Sodium Phosphate

摘要: 采用退火处理对磷酸酯钠盐成核的聚丙烯(PP)体系进行了性能调控,研究了退火时间和退火温度对成核PP力学性能、耐热性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高和退火时间的延长,PP的力学性能、耐热性能和结晶能力均得到了明显提升,特别是在120 ℃下,退火0.5 h,PP的拉伸强度从38.0 MPa提高到39.4 MPa,弯曲模量从1227 MPa提高到1882 MPa,热变形温度从112.2 ℃提高到122.7 ℃,结晶度从36 %提高到44 %。

Abstract: An annealing treatment was performed for polypropylene (PP) by using sodium phosphate as a nucleating agent, and the effects of annealing temperature and annealing time on mechanical performance, heat resistance, and crystalline properties of PP were investigated. The results indicated that the annealing treatment effectively improved the mechanical properties, heat resistance and crystallinity of PP. After being annealed at the temperature of 120 ℃ for 0.5 h, PP achieved an increase in tensile strength from 38.0 to 39.4 MPa, in flexural modulus from 1227 to 1882 MPa and in heat deflection temperature from 112.2 to 122.7 ℃. Moreover, the degree of crystallinity was improved from 36 % to 44 %.
