手机背夹电池内盖包胶注射模具设计

Design of Injection Encapsulation Mold for Inner Cover of Back Clamp Battery Used for Cell Phone

摘要: 基于中间骨架部分材料为丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS),周边包覆层材料为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)材质的手机背夹电池内盖的双料塑件,详细地分析了产品的结构,设计出两套模具为之成型。第一套模具成型塑件中间的骨架部分,为二板模扇形浇口结构,推块推出;第二套模具成型塑件周边包覆层部分,必须在成型前将第一套模具成型的骨架成品放入型腔,为三板模点浇口结构,点浇口有30 °的倾斜角,四面抽芯,脱模机构也为推块推出。所设计的模具成功投入实际生产,获得较高品质的产品和较好的经济收益。

Abstract: The inner cover of the back clamp battery used for cell phone is a type of bi-component plastic products. Its skeleton frame in the middle part is composed of ABS, and its cladding layer in the Peripheral parts consists of TPU. Two Injection molds were specially designed for the injection molding of such a product. The first one involved a side-gate mold system with fan-shaped gates and a pushing block ejecting system in the middle parts of the product. The second one has a pin-point system with two gradient pinpoint gates and also has a pushing block ejecting system and four-sides cam-pin slides. The demoulding system adopted a pushing block ejecting system. High-quality products and good economic efficiency were obtained from the two molds in practical use.
