摘要: 讨论了注 杆和挤 杆熔融过 差异;并研究了工艺条件、 杆参 和结构对注:熔融过 观察了熔融 迟点 位置变化:同时测量了注 熔体 轴向温差,并对其影 因素进行了讨论。结果表明:注杆工作,全过,是在轴移和,止两种状态下交替进行;塑料在注 杆上相变点位置是变化着 ,变化条件有背压、 、行 、温度、 、停留时间 ;注 杆某 内 聚集状态,随注塑周期呈周期性变化; 杆参:和结构
设计,直接关系到熔料温差和塑化能力;合理 设计和创 杆结构是获得低温差、高混合和高塑化能力,主要途径。

Abstract: The melting behavior of the plastics in iniection and extrusion screws was discussed and com-pared.The influences of processing conditions and screw structure on the melting behavior were studied. The position of melting delay and the axial temperature difference along injection screws were deter mined and correlated with processing conditions like back pressure, rotation rate, temperature, and reservation time. Proper structures for screws with high efficiency were suggested
