基于静电纺的超疏水超亲油串晶结构聚乳酸薄膜的制备及性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Super-hydrophobic and Super-lipophilic Polylactic Acid Electrospun Fiber Films with Bead Structure

摘要: 分别采用物理添加和固载的方式在聚乳酸(PLA)基体当中引入聚硅氧烷(PSQ)粒子,并以此为基料进行电纺串珠结构的聚乳酸纤维薄膜构筑。结果表明:PSQ的引入有利于串珠结构纤维的形成,并且串珠结构的形成使得PLA纤维膜的水接触角和孔隙率都明显上升,特别是PSQ的固载化处理,使得纤维膜的水接触角和孔隙率分别达到158°和54%,相对于单纯聚乳酸纤维膜分别提高了5%和50%,进而使得纤维膜的疏水性能和油通量得到明显提升。此外,PSQ在聚乳酸体系当中的固载,抑制了其在水解过程中的迁移,使得其可以长期保留在纤维膜当中发挥提升聚乳酸疏水性能的作用,进而使得PLA-PSQ纤维膜体现出最佳的耐水解性能。

Abstract: Polysiloxane (PSQ) particles were introduced into the poly(lactic acid) PLA matrix by physical mixing and immobilization, and then the PLA electrospun fiber film with a bead structure was constructed. The results indicated that the introduction of PSQ was beneficial to the formation of beaded fiber, and the formation of bead structure led to a significant increase in water contact angle and porosity of PLA fiber film. In particular, the immobilization treatment of PSQ resulted in a water contact angle of 158° and a porosity of 54%, which were improved by 5% and 50%, respectively, compared to pure PLA fiber film. Moreover, the hydrophobic properties and oil flux of the fiber film were also improved significantly. The immobilization of PSQ in the PLA could inhibit its migration during the hydrolysis process. These PSQ particles could remain in the fiber film for long time to enhance the hydrophobic properties of the fiber film, leading to excellent hydrolysis resistance.
