大型压制模用高分子粉体履平机的研制

Design of a Large Bump Flattening Machine for Polymer Powder Used in Compression Molding

摘要: 采用蜗轮蜗杆同步结构实现大型压制模用高分子粉体履平机刮刀的精确调控,通过合理安排焊接顺序可避免主梁结构的焊接变形,实现调节机构的精密制造;利用有限元分析工具对样机模型进行结构优化。结果表明,结构优化后的机器质量明显减轻,完全满足设计要求和生产需要,在同行业具有很好的工程应用前景。

Abstract: The accurate controlling of the scraper in large bump flattening machine for polymer powder was realized by the synchromechanism of turbineworm. The deformation of the main girder structure was avoided through designing the welding sequence reasonably. Then the precision control mechanism was made. Finite element analysis (FEA) was utilized to optimize the structure of the prototype. The optimized structure was lighter, and showed good prospect in industry application.
