摘要: 选取电视机电源按键产品为研究对象,针对产品的表面困气现象,利用Moldflow软件模拟塑料熔体流动的过程,分析熔体流动过程中困气产生的原因和区域,设计并改进该套模具的浇注系统,解决按键表面困气缺陷,实现了模具的改进和产品的顺利生产。

Abstract: Taking the design of TV power button as an example, the formation of air traps defect was analyzed with the help of Moldflow software in simulating the region of air traps generated in the flow process. The runner system of the injection mould was improved so as to eliminate the air traps defect in the surface of the button. As a result, the molding was improved and the mass production of the injection was enhanced.
