原位法制备聚乳酸/无机纳米复合材料研究进展

Research Progress in PLA/Inorganic Nonacomposite Prepared by Insitu Technology

摘要: 综述了国内外原位法制备聚乳酸(PLA)/无机纳米复合材料的研究进展,主要包括不同维数的无机纳米填料与PLA的原位复合。着重阐述了原位熔融缩聚法和原位开环聚合法,同时简要介绍了原位沉析法。原位法使无机纳米填料能更好地分散于PLA基体中,用量少,不需要加入其他添加剂也能避免团聚,同时避免了再加工过程中引起的热降解,且制备工艺简单。由于PLA和无机纳米填料界面间的化学键合作用,使得复合材料的热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、力学性能、降解性能和光学性能等得到了改善,从而拓宽了PLA的应用范围。

Abstract: The research progress in nanocomposites of poly(lactic acid) and inorganic nanofillers was reviewed in this paper, with technologies of insitu polymerization and insitu precipitation being emphasized.These insitu methods overcame the problem of aggregation of the nanoparticles.The inorganic nanofiller was finely dispersed in and strongly interacted with the polymer matrix so that improved the thermostability,glass transition,mechanical properties,optical performance of the composites.And it avoided thermal degradation by a fused.The application of the poly(lactic acid) based the composites was enlarged.
