Abstract: This article discusses the development status and problems of the domestic plastics machinery industry during the eleventh five-year plan period. Development trends of domestic plastics machinery industry in the coming twelfth five-year plan period were prospected according to the demands of application industries, including the fields of energy-saving building sector, medical sector, logistics sector, and the requirements of the development of low-carbon economy.
