Abstract: The PA66/tin fluorophosphate glass (TFP) hybrids were prepared via powder-mixing, melt-blending, and injection molding. The dynamic mechanical properties, crystallinity and morphology of hybrids were investigated. When 30 % TFP was loaded, the Tg of PA66 decreased by 13℃. The addition of TFP led to decreases the contents crystallizing rates of α and γ crystal forms of PA66. TEP was finely dispersed in PA66 matrix and exhibited good compatibility with the matrix.
