Abstract: The forming process of mounting plates of high frequency electric couplers was analyzed and the structure of injection mold was decided. The selection of parting surfaces was introduced.The sideparting corepulling mechanism and ejecting mechanism were designed. Based on structural features of plastic parts, three partings and two detrusions were adopted, which led to smooth demolding and high accuracy. Practice had proven that the mold structure was reasonable and production efficiency was high.
