An overview of development and application prospects of polyimide products

Abstract

Abstract:

This article reviewed the development and research progress in polyimide （PI） all over the world. The key preparation technologies and application fields of PI are introduced according to the main products such as film， slurry， resin， fiber and foam. Through analyzing the gaps of R&D and production status between the domestic and foreign countries， the future development trends and research focus of PIs were proposed.

合成方法	合成步骤	优势	不足
一步法^{［16⁃17］}	二酐与二胺在高温熔融状态下，通过本体聚合的方式直接生成PI	步骤简单、易操作	聚合温度高，聚合产率低且性质不稳定
两步法^{［18⁃20］}	第一步由二酐和二胺在非质子极性溶剂中低温聚合，得到前体PAA；第二步用热/化学法脱水环化得到PI	聚合温度低，操作简单，产率高且产物性能好	PAA溶液贮存稳定性不佳
三步法^{［21⁃22］}	在脱水剂作用下PI脱水环化成聚异酰亚胺，再经酸或碱的催化发生异构反应生成PI	聚异酰亚胺溶解性好，玻璃化转变温度低，加工性能好	存在副反应，导致产品纯度和产率较低
气相沉积法^{［23⁃25］}	将二酐和二胺高温下气化，在基片上充分接触反应聚合	产品均匀、致密、纯度高，聚合过程可控，适合制备超薄、超低介电PI薄膜	操作复杂，成本高

纤维	用于制作防弹防火织物应用于降落伞、消防服，用作高温介质及放射性物质的滤料等（高温滤料的最佳选择）
泡沫	作为隔热、隔音、防震等功能材料广泛应用于飞机、船舰、火车、汽车等领域
复合材料	广泛应用于航空航天零部件、耐热高强的机械件等，如汽车的热交换元、汽化器外罩和阀盖仪表等
分离膜	可用于各种气体分离（如氢/氦、氦/氧、二氧化碳/甲烷等），从气体原料气及醇类中脱除水分，用作渗透蒸发膜和超滤膜
