摘要: 介绍了动态可视化技术在注射充模过程中的应用。借助注射成型充模过程可视化实验装置,构造并记录了成型过程中的熔接痕缺陷的形成过程。分析了该缺陷的产生机理,并通过改变工艺条件改善了缺陷,为研究和排除制品缺陷提供了理论依据。同时,表明了可视化实验研究的意义。

Abstract: The application of dynamic visualization technique in injection molding process was introduced. Using the visualization experimental equipment in injection molding, the weld line defect was artificially constructed and recorded. The generation mechanism of the defect was analyzed and the weld line defect was depressed by changing processing condition.
